CTWG Dispute Resolution Case outcome - Regulation 3 Schedule 1 Type 16 Temporary building

The outcome of the discussion on Type 16 was that all agreed the interpretation taken by GCC. A building in place for more than 28 consecutive days requires a building warrant. The 28 days would not include the erection and dismantling periods.
